Japan Orders:

Shipping fee within Japan is a flat rate of 330 yen. Free shipping on orders over 10,000 yen.

Shipping method depends on the size of the product and will be either Click Post or Special Registered Mail.

Orders will be delivered to your mailbox. If the package does not fit, a missed delivery notice will be left, and you will need to arrange for redelivery. ※We do not accept specific delivery date and time requests.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after confirmation. ※Our store is closed on weekends, public holidays, and during the New Year holiday period. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. ※We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped. ※Delivery may be delayed due to the delivery location or traffic conditions. Please understand this in advance. ※As products are also sold in our physical store, there may be instances where an item becomes out of stock due to simultaneous sales. In such cases, we will cancel the order and process a refund.
